1. Production:<\/b>

- Responsible to achieve set productivity target

<\/li> - Responsible to make all the production documents like SOP, Process check sheet, OPL etc
<\/li> - Responsible to train the operator and skill upgradation
<\/li> - Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

2. Quality Control:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Implement defect free process
<\/li> - Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
<\/li> - Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and rectify any production\-related quality issues.

3. Team Leadership<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
<\/li> - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed.

4. Process Optimization:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Continuously analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
<\/li> - Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

5. Safety Compliance:<\/b>

- Ensure 100% PPE compliance
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the production environment.

6. Equipment Maintenance:<\/b>
<\/p>- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that production equipment is well\-maintained and operating at optimal levels.

7. Cost Maintenance:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Monitor production costs and implement cost\-effective measures to enhance overall profitability.
<\/li> - Work with the finance team to develop and manage production budgets.

8. Collaboration:<\/b>
<\/p>- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
<\/li> - Provide regular updates on production status and address any challenges or bottlenecks.

<\/li> - Responsible for monthly schedules by coordinating with PPC and planning resources availability all the time for smooth execution of production activities.
<\/li> - Responsible for capacity planning and manpower planning as per production forecast.
<\/li> - Responsible for Preparing & updating the SOPs, work instructions and training the team members.
<\/li> - Responsible to Ensure the quality of products meeting as per IATF:16949 standard requirements.
<\/li> - Responsible to Ensure the employee safety and environment across the line
<\/li> - Responsible to Ensure the 5S in workplace all time and improving continuously on daily basis.
<\/li> - Responsible to Establish the effective process controls like POKE\-YOKEs for the existing process, by coordinating with customers on process audits initiating counter measures based on customer complaints through CAPA, QCC, one point lesson & 8D reports.
<\/li> - Responsible to implement low cost automation projects and implement by coordinating with concerned department.
<\/li> - Responsible for End\-to\-End Assembly and Reworking / Rectifying the defects in the Battery Pack.
<\/li> - Responsible to implement PFD,APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC & MSA)
<\/li> - Responsible to identify bottle neck operation and implement kaizen to reduce the same
<\/li> - Responsible to do cycle time study (MOST )
