1. Production:<\/b>

- Responsible for to achieve set productivity target

<\/li> - Responsible to close the daily MIS
<\/li> - Responsible to make all the production documents like SOP, Process check sheet, OPL etc
<\/li> - Responsible to train the operator and skill upgradation
<\/li> - Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

2. Quality Control:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Implement defect free process
<\/li> - Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
<\/li> - Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and rectify any production\-related quality issues.

3. Team Leadership<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
<\/li> - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed.

4. Process Optimisation:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Continuously analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
<\/li> - Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

5. Safety Compliance:<\/b>

- Ensure 100% PPE compliance
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the production environment.
<\/li> - Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

6. Equipment Maintainance:<\/b>
<\/p>- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that production equipment is well\-maintained and operating at optimal levels.

7. Cost Management:<\/b>
<\/p><\/div>
- Monitor production costs and implement cost\-effective measures to enhance overall profitability.
<\/li> - Work with the finance team to develop and manage production budgets.

8. Collaboration:<\/b>
<\/p>- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
<\/li> - Provide regular updates on production status and address any challenges or bottlenecks.

Core Competencies:<\/b>
<\/p>- Responsible for Daily rejection analysis on Stator Assembly, Rotor Assembly,Housing Assembly & Motor assembly to maintain the Yield Rate.
<\/li> - Responsible for capacity calculation of machines & assembly lines as per customer requirement monthly basis.
<\/li> - Responsible to cooperate with R&D team to support in the development of new products.
<\/li> - Responsible to Strengthening the Process by implementation of the Poke Yoke on Machines
<\/li> - Responsible to study the Takt Time & Cycle Time of each station as per requirement
<\/li> - Responsible to Develop best possibilities to improve Production capacity & Quality.
<\/li> - Responsible to prepare Documents PFC, FMEA, Line layout, Line capacity, Control Plan, Process control sheets (Equipment & Product).
<\/li> - Responsible to Implementation of 5S, 3M & Kaizen.based on customer complaints through CAPA, QCC, one point lesson & 8D reports.
<\/li> - Responsible for controlling the consumables consumption by using the daily monitoring sheets.
<\/li> - Responsible for OJT (on job training) to the operators for process and quality improvement.
<\/li> - Responsible for Find root cause of the problem and solve by PDCA cycle.
