Production management and continuous process improvementWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement across production processes. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and a safe working environment.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
Production Management
Lead and oversee daily production operations
Ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Process Improvement
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency
Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop production engineers and shift leaders
Strengthen team capabilities through performance management and coaching
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
Good communication skills in English
