Production Operator

Job Summary

Production Operator at the production plant of “Tetra Pak Closures Italy S.r.l.” located in Sezzadio (AL), Italy. The position involves a contractual qualification of “worker” and requires availability to work in a three-shift daily cycle.

What you will do

The production operator is required to work on production machines applying the WCM methodology, respecting quality parameters, and following the principles of autonomous maintenance.
Therefore, your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Complying with safety rules and procedures
- Performing quality tests
- Producing according to standards and procedures
- Working on production machines and related equipment and maintaining them by applying the principles of autonomous maintenance
- Participating in AM teams and improvement teams
- Creating CIL work standards
- Participating in tag management
- Supporting Production Processes and Autonomous Maintenance activities

We believe you have

The production operator is preferably a graduate in technical subjects with brief experience in production and a basic knowledge of the WCM methodology, and in particular of AM (Autonomous Maintenance).
Knowledge of the Italian language is an essential requirement.
Knowledge, even basic, of the English language is a preferred requirement.
