Production Planner II

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in materials management and production planning through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles. This role drives production scheduling, materials availability, and inventory control to meet customer demand while maintaining alignment with international standards and internal performance metrics.

About your job:

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments

  • Analyze inventory levels and raw material availability to ensure continuity of production

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely arrival of critical materials

  • Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations arise

  • Adjust production plans based on demand changes or production issues

  • Collaborate with MRB teams to resolve production line issues

  • Track and maintain key metrics such as safety stock, fill rate, past due orders, and revenue

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and control processes

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in production planning or related areas

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple departments
