🗓️ Working Days: Wednesday – Sunday (5 days per week)

1st Planner: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Wednesday–Friday: work in office; Saturday & Sunday: work from home

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to manage customer order planning, production coordination, and delivery execution. You will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts on all planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on production schedules, delivery status, and order progress.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain and production performance metrics to identify gaps and support root cause analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to align production schedules with customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm to learn are welcome.
• Experience in a contract manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Independent, proactive, and organized, able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
