YOUR ROLE

As a Production Planning Coordinator, you will coordinate the functions of receiving and negotiating customer programs and analyze these programs in order to establish adequate planning consistent with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with the OS scheduling ;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction ;
  • Coordinate with customers/service centers the definition and revision of the "concept element & the MAP connection";
  • Ensuring good preparation of capacity studies with planners ;
  • Ensure the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes;
  • Negotiate with customers in case of delivery problems and variations in delivery plans, additional costs,..
  • Coordinate with the different departments the development and implementation of optimal actions to achieve the plant's objectives, i.e.: manufacturing costs, inventory, etc.
  • Ensure a daily follow-up of the delivery ;

Your Background :

  • Master’s Degree in Logistics’ or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in production planning.
  • Strong Analysis & critical & synthesis mind.
  • Excellent verbal and written English & French language skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Disciplined and accurate/structured working style.
