Production Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Leesport, Pennsylvania


Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 days on / 3 days off, then 2 days on / 2 days off (working every other weekend)

Position Overview:
The Production Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. This role involves performing equipment start-up and ongoing quality checks, monitoring product and process deviations, and supporting quality initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct equipment start-up inspections and continuous quality checks on various materials.
  • Record and monitor product and process deviations, escalating issues to appropriate personnel as necessary.
  • Perform quality audits on both products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations to support quality improvement initiatives and manage qualification materials throughout production.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in laboratory or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong educational background and attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
