We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Production Scheduler to help coordinate production activities and ensure jobs move efficiently through our operation.

What You'll Do
As a Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to support efficient operations and on-time customer delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to prioritize work and ensure production readiness.
- Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
- Communicate schedule updates, delays, and potential risks to leadership and production teams.
- Track production performance and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and work order information within ERP/MRP systems.
- Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and scheduling efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
