We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Production Scheduler to help coordinate production activities and ensure jobs move efficiently through our operation.

What You'll Do

As a Production Scheduler, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to support efficient operations and on-time customer delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to prioritize work and ensure production readiness.
  • Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
  • Communicate schedule updates, delays, and potential risks to leadership and production teams.
  • Track production performance and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and work order information within ERP/MRP systems.
  • Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow and scheduling efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing administration, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
