Production Shift Supervisor (Forklift/ West/ Up to $5-6k Gross + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams during assigned shifts to maximize output and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, including timely start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Oversee receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials to prevent contamination and waste
• Monitor and report daily raw material consumption to maintain accurate inventory and reduce scrap rates
• Ensure finished products meet defined quality specifications and standards
• Enforce inspection and quarantine procedures for non-conforming materials
• Implement and uphold workplace safety practices, including 5S activities and routine inspections
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare daily shift reports covering production output, material usage, scrap, and downtime
• Support implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs aligned with ISO 14001 standards
• Execute tasks assigned by Production Manager and support management directives

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience handling raw materials in manufacturing setting (e.g. chemical, metal).
• WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space certification and valid forklift license
• Commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night on alternate weeks)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is an added advantage
