Job Role

CK International is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production operations. You will lead and support a team of skilled operators, driving quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across blast paint, assembly and despatch.

Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating a team of production operatives to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with the production schedule. The role involves day-to-day supervision of staff, first-line quality control and coordinating between the shop floor, planning, quality, engineering and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver daily production targets in line with work orders and plans

• Maintain and enforce high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Carry out first-line quality checks, ensuring compliance with drawings and work instructions.
• Manage material flow to enable productivity and good housekeeping.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure daily and weekly checks are completed.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide progress updates to the Production Manager.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging operator input and problem-solving.
