Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Supervisor to be part of their Production team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.

The Production Supervisor's responsible is:

• Support the Production Manager in daily operations, including night shift coverage
• Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet output, schedule, and quality targets
• Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower, approve overtime, and manage shift coverage
• Troubleshoot production issues and support setup of new lines or equipment
• Train, guide, and motivate team members; maintain discipline and support performance reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min ITE in engineering related field
• Min 2 years of people management experience in production line
