Production Support Specialist(1yr temp)

Position Summary

• Support the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will be the information collection point between managers and staffs. You will partner with materials management, quality and engineering team to resolve variety problems in shop floor. You will be the liaison between the shift supervisor and shop floor employees in Manufacturing. You will assist supervisor to achieve cell performance.

• Manufacturing KPI data collection, analysis, issue escalation.
  - Output per employee
  - Unit per hour
  - Cost per unit
  - Process Cycle time
  - OEE
  - Resource & Production Plan
• Create & update process standard work .Management of change : Ensure equipment & process chage comply with safety, quality standard. Review the change impact on Mfg performance.
• Cordinate Mfg team activity for management system
  - IATF 16949
  - ISO 14001
  - ISO 45001
  - ISO 50001
• Cordinate Mfg team activities for internal / external audit
• Lead and support group Kaizen activity - Productivity, quality, safety improvement
• Cordinate commnunication with key stakeholders(Quality, Supply chain management, Engineering, Maintenance, HS&E, Procurement) for rapid problem solving
• Operator skill level data review: training excution & evaluation tracking, report summary.
• Expenses spending monitoring

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering / Industiral Enginerring / Mechanical Engineering.
• English skill in reading / writing / speaking

• 5+ Yesrs experience in manufacturing operations (Mfg/Process engineering, Quality, Production planning) - Automotive industry preferred
