Production Technician (Injection Moulding) | Night Shift | Basic Up to $2,400 + Allowance + AWS

Job Responsibilities

✅ Set up and troubleshoot injection moulding processes and molds
✅ Perform machine and process maintenance during production runs
✅ Ensure process parameters comply with molding specifications
✅ Support production targets for output, quality, and efficiency
✅ Monitor material usage and scrap control
✅ Follow GMP, SOP, and cleanroom requirements
✅ Support process improvement and non-conformance prevention activities
✅ Participate in validation activities (IQ / OQ / PQ)
✅ Ensure proper communication during shift handovers

Requirements

✔ NTC-2 / Diploma in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of injection moulding experience
✔ Knowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting
✔ Familiarity with scientific molding and hot runner systems preferred
✔ Experience in cleanroom or medical manufacturing environment is advantageous

Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,400
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: $10 per working day
🎁 Attendance Allowance: $100 per month
