Production Technician

Job Description

• Execute production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and perform assigned manufacturing processes.
• Complete material transactions and production documentation accurately.
• Report quality, safety, and operational issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support team training activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Secondary school education, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in multiple production processes and machine operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
• Able to perform production-related duties, including prolonged standing, manual handling of materials, and repetitive hand movements where required.
