Crystal Finishing Systems located Schofield, WI has an opportunity in our Plastics department as a Production Trainer. This Thursday-Saturday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Train team members in Buffing and Assembly
• Inspection of parts needed to be re-worked
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• Assist and motivate team members to reach goals
• Provide on-going feedback to Production Supervisor on team members’ performance
