Production worker

Gather raw resource for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking raw materials.
measure and grade batches of raw material and feed them into production machinery
look through work orders to determine type and quantity of material needed for each production batch.
set up and operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of the company
operate and maintain machines, inspecting and packing final product
ensure to clean and sterilize plant proesssing area
participane in dying and bleaching materials, pressing, stretching or waterproofing materials at factory
load and unload proudcts to and from delivery vehicles by ensuring their safety
communicate problems with machinery and raw and end products to the supervisor
to implement the EHS compliance as per sika policy
any other tasks assigned from time to time from superivsor
maintain sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed
to perform other duties assigned by management.

secondary school graduate
Able to read and write Khmer
English is a plus
