Professional Services Engineer Student
The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for supporting the roadmap development by having a wide understanding of the business and providing solutions to the relevant teams in the organization. Include ownership of limited releases, supporting deployments, understanding integration / 3rd party tools (APIs) and leading the transformation of knowledge to the tier 3 support and to the training teams (SME).
- Be Point of contact for the product development core team and be part of the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
- Extract data from various sources, analyze it and point to the relevant data
- Explore opportunities to improve process and tasks
- Develop proactive and predictive processes and tools to improve our products and services.
- Work closely with a cross functional team between technical teams, Marketing, and R&D.
- Deliver lecture-based and hands-on training courses for internal customers (Business support, tech support, Lab support) Transfer tech knowledge (internally).
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 2 remaining years of academic studies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure situations.
- Experience with DB tools and Queries
- Experience and/or understanding of Bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- High communication skills
- Fluent English
- Experience working with multidisciplinary products- Advantage
- Experience as a professional services or technical projects manager- Advantage
