We\nprovide comprehensive services across prevention, care, support, and treatment,\nparticularly for those affected by HIV and other infectious diseases.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/div>YRGMERF\nis anticipating a project to strengthen the Urban Ecosystem Against Future\nDisease Threats by implementing a framework for urban\-peri\-urban coordination.\nThis project if commissioned will require a team of below positions to support\nthe coordination, implementation and monitoring of several components.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>The Program Associate will be\nresponsible for supporting the project activities in coordination with\nstakeholders. Will report to State Manager in Guwahati. Will work closely with\nother team members.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b> <\/i><\/span><\/p>Project Implementation Support<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>- Will be responsible to ensure that the\nstaff are in the project are oriented on their duties and provided necessary\nguidance to carry out day to day tasks, reporting in designated formats.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures that the baseline using\nsecondary sources is completed on time and the report is prepared,<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures the monthly deliverables are\ncompiled in coordination with project staff, supports in preparation of\ntechnical brief by designing them, reviewing the contents and languages,\nsupports in translation if any required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures field\nvisit reports are compiled in a timely manner and shared with city coordinator\nand project lead for review, final submission and archiving is the key\nresponsibility.<\/span><\/span><\/a>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures\nthat the review meetings, stakeholder meetings and on\-line discussions are reported\nand reviewed for final sharing.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Supports\nin field documentation, testimonial videos and other documentation related work\nby planning them in advance, ensuring the plan is consulted with the\nstakeholders and donor. Supports in procurement and orientation of the\nresources if any, monitoring of the deliverables and timely completion.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Supports\nin preparing monthly and quarterly workplan in coordination with field team,\nensures monitoring the progress and regular weekly updates with the State and\nNational team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures\npreparation of required documents for submission to the stakeholders and donor.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>Reporting and Documentation <\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>- Ensures that\nthe innovation and best practices framework is prepared and discussed with the\ndonor. Staff are oriented on these frameworks so that they can document and\nshare for review at the State and National level. Targets for these will be\nworked out with the team.<\/span><\/span><\/a>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensures that\nthe various deliverables of the project is shared with the relevant team\nmembers and subject experts well in time and those are finally reviewed at\nState and National level before submitted to the donor.<\/span><\/span><\/a>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Participates\nin field visits, for this if required supports in preparation of various tools\nthat captures the project essence beyond data and figures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
