Program Associate

  • Provide day\-to\-day coordination support to the national deployment team for ongoing projects and activities.

  • Assist state teams in planning and scheduling meetings, trainings, and internal reviews.

  • Maintain trackers for tasks, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure timely follow\-ups.
    <\/li>
  • Provide administrative support to the state deployment teams
    <\/li>
  • Support planning and organization of trainings/workshops (logistics, participant tracking, materials)
    <\/li>
  • Compile data from multiple sources and prepare structured reports (weekly/monthly)
    <\/li>
  • Develop and format high\-quality presentations (PowerPoint decks) and documents (Word)
    <\/li>
  • Maintain organized records, files, and version\-controlled documentation for deployments
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities
    <\/li>
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports and deliverables

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management, Public Health, Administration, or a related field<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 1\u20133 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative roles (experience in healthcare/public sector is preferred)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in preparing reports, trackers, and presentations with high attention to detail<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross\-functional and state teams<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Basic data handling and reporting skills (ability to compile and structure data from multiple sources)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong documentation and record\-keeping practices with attention to accuracy and version control<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment<\/span><\/span>

    • Willingness to travel occasionally, if required<\/span><\/span>
