Program & Collaboration Activities: • Track proposal and reporting deadlines, and assist in monitoring the collaboration work plans for BINUS University programs • Write, edit and submit proposal packages and grant reports to partners and potential partners • Build and maintain good relationship with partners • Responsible for database and record management of partners, potential partners, contacts, programs and activities, including hard copy and electronic files, and recordkeeping spreadsheets • Propose plan and implement special events for partners and potential partners • Write and edit promotional materials for assigned programs • Write, produce and distribute mailings and other correspondence • Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date and relevant information materials (about BINUS and about Internationalization) • Provide guidance to develop necessary marketing communication kits/tools • Collaborate with Marketing and other relevant parties for BINUS Collaboration's marketing/promotion initiatives Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years of working experience Special Skill: • Familiar with overseas Higher Education and Corporation • Good communication and interpersonal skills
