Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Workplace Psychosocial Safety Service (WPSS) program to Victorian Government schools - a large-scale, fast-paced initiative entering its second year of a multi-year contract.

This role is responsible for coordinating and enabling high-quality service delivery across the program by providing end-to-end administrative, reporting and operational support. Working closely with the Project Manager and Lead Consultants, the Program Coordinator ensures that service delivery activities are well-organised, accurately documented, and aligned to program timelines and stakeholder requirements.

This role is a hands-on coordination role with accountability for managing centralised communications, scheduling, reporting, data integrity and administrative processes that underpin successful program delivery at scale. The role is for an initial 12 months with a possible extension on a 3 day a week basis.
