Program Coordinator/Executive

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator supports the successful execution ofsemiconductor programs by coordinating project activities, maintainingschedules and documentation, and ensuring effective communication amonginternal teams and customers. This role plays a key part in driving on-timedelivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing semiconductor-related programs and projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, action items, and documentation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support program execution and business objectives.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and meeting minutes for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to the Program Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure all program records, documentation, and communications are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
  • Create and update customer demand orders in the internal MRP/ERP system and perform order collaboration activities through customer supplier portals.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc program management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing customer requirements, forecasts, and delivery commitments to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, planning, or customer operations within the semiconductor manufacturing industry or a related technical environment.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production planning is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and customer supplier portals.
  • Good understanding of multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and demand planning processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent, Singapore.
