Stellar Care and Services is looking for a Program Coordinator in our Denver location. Our company is dedicated to providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities across the state of Colorado. We strive to provide high quality community-based services that support individual independence. We are proud to be a part of the growth and development for all involved. This coordinator position is administrative in nature and will include office tasks including managing phones, making calls to stakeholders, CMA's, DHS, etc. The position will also include extensive amounts of file management, uploading documents, data entry and assisting program directors as needed.


In order to qualify you must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration, be able to supervise others, professionally use computer programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and other electronic forms of documentation. Compensation is $21.20/per hour + $.52 for mileage reimbursement.

JOB DESCRIPTION


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Consistently exercises individual judgment, makes decisions and solves problems.
  • Creates, updates and maintains program participant records.
  • Writes IPs, ISSPs, and BISSPs under the supervision of the program director
  • Investigates complaints or performance concerns; manages conflicts and disagreements in a constructive manner; responds to grievances; identifies and solves employee and/or client problems.
  • Attends staff meeting and actively participates in program planning.
  • Represents Program Director at internal and external meetings.
  • Allocates and monitors use of available resources.
  • Maintaining Individual Financial Records for Persons Receiving Services.

Driving status


This position is designated as an unlimited driving position, defined as one that requires driving a motor vehicle as a part of his/her Stellar Care work, including vehicles owned or leased by Stellar Care, and/or to driving a vehicle in which a person served is transported. All employees in this position must have a current, valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable status, and is responsible for his/her own automobile insurance.


Qualifications/Education


  • One year of administrative experience in the human service field; or equivalent is preferred. Administrative experience highly desired.

  • This position is an hourly position.
