    Responsibilities

    Your role as a Program Coordinator & Travel Specialist will involve:
    • About the RoleIE Business School is looking for a Travel Specialist & Program Coordinator to support international operations, with a primary focus on travel logistics and coordination. The role combines hands-on management of faculty and staff travel with operational support to international program delivery.

      The position is mainly focused on travel-related activities, while also contributing to program coordination tasks depending on operational needs.

    • Key Responsibilities

      Travel Management (main focus)

      • Coordinate international travel for faculty and staff (flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, and incident management).
      • Act as the main point of contact for travelers, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience.
      • Liaise with travel agencies and suppliers, managing bookings and changes.
      • Monitor itineraries and proactively handle disruptions.
      • Manage travel documentation, invoicing, and process compliance.

      Program Coordination Support

      • Support international program coordination with faculty, participants, and internal teams.
      • Assist with session planning, materials coordination, and communication flows.
      • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

    Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree. (Highly Desirable)
      • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
      • Experience in travel coordination, logistics, hospitality, or similar roles.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills; customer-oriented and proactive.
