About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven Program & Experience Associate to help deliver exceptional experiences across our community. This role combines program delivery, community engagement, and business support.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Experience Delivery
- Support the day-to-day execution of service fulfilment, community events.
- Ensure customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience before, during, and after.
- Help maintain high service standards across all touchpoints.
Community & Customer Success
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Respond to enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Support reporting and administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide on-site support during events.
Business Growth Support
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support sales, partnership, marketing, and community initiatives when required.
- Contribute ideas to help grow our services, programming and community.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Able to adapt quickly and wear multiple hats when needed.
- Proficient with digital tools and technology.
- Prior experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, events, education, community management, or related fields is a plus.
