Job Summary:<\/b>

We are looking for an experienced Program Lead<\/b> with a strong healthcare\nbackground<\/b> to lead and scale teleradiology programs. The role involves\nmanaging end\-to\-end delivery of clinical, operational, and technology\ninitiatives that support remote radiology services across hospitals and\ndiagnostic centers.

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Own end\-to\-end program delivery for Teleradiology\n solutions, from onboarding to steady\-state operations
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate across radiologists, clinical\n operations, IT, product, and customer stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and\n regulatory requirements
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA,\n NABH)
    <\/li>
  • Drive continuous improvement in report turnaround\n time (TAT), quality, and service reliability
    <\/li>
  • Support hospital integrations (PACS/RIS, EMR) and\n rollout of new features or workflows
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Required\nQualifications:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 3+ years of program or project management\n experience in healthcare<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology\n operations, PACS/RIS, or healthcare IT<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and\n healthcare compliance
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to manage cross\-functional teams and\n external healthcare partners
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience in Healthcare Operations
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management\n skills

      Preferred:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Experience working with radiologists or diagnostic\n service providers
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience scaling healthcare or digital health\n programs
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Salary<\/b> : As per Norms
        <\/div>

        Location<\/b> : Bangalore (WFO)

        Salary: <\/b>Upto 10\-11LPA
