Program Manager, Creative (Global Brand Marketing)

We’re tonies®, makers of the Toniebox, an award-winning, screen-free audio system designed for little listeners ages three and up. We believe childhood should be a time filled with curiosity, wonder, and imagination – not spent staring at screens. Through audio stories and songs, the Toniebox offers a safe and playful way for children to experience the magic of narrative long before they can read the words on a page. With millions of Tonieboxes sold worldwide, we’re redefining storytime and offering families a better option when it comes to the entertainment they offer their kids. Our story is just getting started, and in 2021 we were proudly named one of Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies.

As we scale globally, we’re investing in bold, integrated brand campaigns that show up consistently across markets, channels, and touchpoints. That requires not just strong ideas, but exceptional execution at scale.

We’re looking for a Creative Program Manager to bring operational excellence to our global brand campaigns.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will act as the central operator across Brand, Creative, Growth Marketing, and local markets, owning the systems, processes, and rigor required to deliver high-quality work, efficiently and consistently. You will partner closely with Brand Managers, who define strategy and market needs, and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, on budget, and at a high creative bar.

This role is critical to scaling our brand efforts globally. It requires someone who is detail-obsessed, highly proactive, and comfortable holding teams to a high standard.

End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Drive execution of global brand campaigns across multiple markets and channels

  • Build and manage clear, realistic timelines, and hold teams accountable to them

  • Ensure every deliverable is on brief, on time, and meets a high quality bar

  • Identify risks early and proactively solve for them before they impact delivery

2. Creative Workflow & Approvals

  • Own the end-to-end creative development process (brief → concept → production → delivery)

  • Lead creative routing and approvals, ensuring feedback is clear, consolidated, and actionable

  • Run efficient creative reviews and leadership checkpoints

  • Maintain momentum with driving clear achievable deadlines and clear ownership.

3. Production & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee production across internal teams and external agencies (shoot, edit, post)

  • Ensure assets are delivered accurately, on spec, and ready for deployment across channels and markets

  • Bring rigor and clarity to production planning, execution, and asset management

4. Global & Local Alignment

  • Act as the connective tissue between global brand and local markets

  • Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations

  • Enable Brand Managers to execute effectively by removing ambiguity and driving clarity

  • Bring structure to localization and transcreation workflows

5. Budget & Resource Management

  • Own tracking and management of campaign and production budgets

  • Ensure spend is aligned to scope and priorities

  • Drive accountability across agencies and internal teams on cost and efficiency

6. Process & Operational Rigor

  • Build and improve creative workflows, systems, and tools

  • Define clear ways of working across teams and markets

  • Eliminate inefficiencies and drive faster, better execution over time

  • Raise the bar for how campaigns are delivered at tonies

  • Extensive experience in creative program management, production, or campaign operations

  • Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns

  • Experience working across global markets and localization workflows

Operator Profile

  • Exceptional organizational skills whereby you bring structure to ambiguity

  • Strong production knowledge. You understand how great work actually gets made

  • Highly proactive. You don’t wait for problems, you anticipate and solve them

  • Detail-oriented to a fault, catching what others miss

  • Comfortable holding teams accountable, including senior stakeholders

  • Clear, concise communicator, especially when managing feedback and approvals
