The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in corporate education programs for students. Effective project management and problem\-solving skills, along with proven experience in building and managing relationships with nonprofits, corporate CSR teams, and local community organizations would be an advantage.<\/span> If you are passionate and committed to helping others, and have a demonstrated interest in managing large scale programs, have relevant exposure to work in the social sector, locally in India, then we are looking for you.<\/span> Responsibilities:<\/span> Strategically create program plans, manage project budgets and work with relevant internal stakeholders to implement them at scale. Manage and track goals and metrics.<\/span> Coordinate the appropriate project logistics including pre\-project development, logistics, project supplies, etc. and provide onsite leadership at select projects.<\/span> Project evaluation and impact reporting.<\/span> Manage the reporting process, working with partners to track, measure, and report data related to stated outcomes.<\/span> Work on special STEM education programs/projects in coordination with other teams.<\/span> Manage national and regional partnerships and relationships, implement a scorecard to articulate KPIs and measure progress on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis<\/span> Work with<\/span> <\/span>marketing, communications, government relations, and other parties to pursue appropriate public relations, marketing, recognition & awards to validate WiselyWise\u2019s efforts<\/span> Manage day\-to\-day program planning and outreach<\/span> Lead program\-related communication, reports, and develop branded collateral.<\/span> Bachelor's degree with 5\-10 years cross\-functional, cross\-disciplinary project management and business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in leading education programs.<\/span> Experience in leading and driving STEM education initiatives is strongly preferred.<\/span> Experience in program management in the non\-profit/Government/CSR sectors in the education space is preferred<\/span> Strong network of relationships with thought leaders in your space, and the capacity to effectively enlist and engage leading thinkers and doers to support our work.<\/span> Provide leadership and direction to the team as needed and to lead with inspiration, resilience and resolve.<\/span> Ability to influence leaders to support program goals, build a business case to tie social responsibility to core business strategy, and lead cross\-functional teams.<\/span> Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.<\/span> Ability to build strong working relationships with senior executives and grassroots employees.<\/span> Creativity and resourcefulness in developing and executing engagement plans, communications campaigns, and community events.<\/span> Comprehensive understanding & ability to define, lead, & execute core program management processes, pulling from industry\-standard expertise as appropriate.<\/span> Strong analytical skills, superior written and verbal communication and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Strong communication and team player skills; strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to initiate and maintain cross\-team relationships.<\/span> Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel<\/span> Must be comfortable to working in a Digital environment<\/span> Ability to work with a remote team is a must<\/span> This position will involve up to 50% domestic travel within India.<\/span> <\/span>
