Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive efficient inventory management across the value chain. This role will focus on
<\/p>
ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while improving speed, reducing aging and enabling smooth operations
<\/p>
across teams.
<\/p>
This role is ideal for someone with a strong data or analytics background who is looking to move beyond analysis into owning
<\/p>
outcomes, driving execution and working closely with business teams.
<\/p>
Given the central nature of inventory in the business, this is a high\-visibility, high\-impact role with regular interaction with senior
<\/p>
leadership and a direct influence on key business metrics such as sales, working capital and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
<\/p>
1. Inventory Planning & Visibility
<\/p>
\u2022 <\/span>Maintain end\-to\-end visibility of inventory across procurement, warehouse, refurbishment and sales \u2022 <\/span>Use Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards to track stock levels, movement and demand patterns \u2022 <\/span>Support demand\-supply alignment through data\-driven planning 2. Business Continuity & Availability \u2022 <\/span>Ensure consistent availability of inventory to avoid stock\-outs or excess buildup \u2022 <\/span>Identify potential gaps early and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them \u2022 <\/span>Support smooth flow of inventory across the value chain 3. Cross\-Functional Coordination \u2022 <\/span>Work closely with procurement, operations, logistics and sales teams \u2022 <\/span>Align stakeholders to ensure faster inventory movement and issue resolution \u2022 <\/span>Follow structured review cadences and track key action items 4. Performance Tracking & Process Improvement \u2022 <\/span>Track TAT (turnaround time) and throughput across different stages \u2022 <\/span>Identify bottlenecks and support teams in resolving them \u2022 <\/span>Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays 5. Inventory Health & Liquidation \u2022 <\/span>Monitor inventory aging and highlight risks proactively \u2022 <\/span>Support liquidation of slow\-moving or excess inventory through appropriate channels \u2022 <\/span>Ensure overall inventory remains healthy and aligned with business needs \u2022 <\/span>3\u20135 years of experience preferably in data analytics, operations, consulting or similar roles \u2022 <\/span>Bachelor\u2019s / Master\u2019s Degree in Operations / Analytics or relevant. \u2022 <\/span>Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of SQL, Python or BI tools is a plus \u2022 <\/span>Someone who enjoys working with data but is equally interested in driving on\-ground impact \u2022 <\/span>Good problem\-solving skills with a structured approach \u2022 <\/span>Ability to work across teams and take ownership of outcomes
