In This Role

In this role, you will provide critical transactional, operational, and administrative support to the Easements team and the broader Land Development and Site Services organization across the AMERs region. You will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced, high-growth portfolio by ensuring land and infrastructure transactions are accurately tracked, processed, and executed.

Acting with a high level of organization and attention to detail, you will coordinate agreements, maintain contract records, and support cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. This role focuses on enabling efficient land development operations through strong workflow management, communication, and data tracking practices.

Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Support the Easements team and broader Land Development and Site Services teams with transaction processing and coordination
  • Manage high-volume workflows for agreements, amendments, and related documentation
  • Track transactions throughout the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all active and completed transactions

Contract & Land Records Management

  • Maintain and update centralized systems for tracking contracts and land records
  • Ensure executed agreements and associated obligations are properly recorded and accessible
  • Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of contract management systems
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and documentation standards

Title Review & Issue Resolution

  • Review title reports to identify ownership issues or discrepancies
  • Support curative actions by coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Track resolution progress and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner

Financial Tracking & Reporting

  • Assist in tracking budgets, payments, and invoicing related to land transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records aligned with regional standards
  • Support reporting on financial metrics and transaction-related costs

Reporting & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track transaction status and workflow health
  • Provide insights to support planning, prioritization, and process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking tools and systems

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate transaction status, risks, and timelines to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Business Operations
  • Partner with external stakeholders such as landowners, brokers, developers, and consultants
  • Support landowner inquiries and complaint resolution with professionalism and timeliness

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Support internal initiatives, special projects, and evolving business needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tracking systems, and coordination processes
  • Contribute to building scalable systems for contract tracking and transaction management
  • Promote a culture of speed, accountability, flexibility, and quality

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract coordination, land development, real estate transactions, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows
  • Experience working with contract management systems, databases, or tracking tools
  • Ability to review and interpret documents such as contracts or title reports
  • Strong communication skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with land development, easements, or real estate contracts
  • Familiarity with title reports and curative processes
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects (e.g., traffic, water/wastewater)
  • Background in financial tracking, invoicing, or budget coordination
  • Experience building or improving tracking systems, dashboards, or workflows
  • Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $28.85-30.28 hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
