        The Program Manager, Fiber Design & Construction (FDC) \u2013 Build Execution is a hands\-on program leader responsible for driving the operational planning, sequencing, milestone tracking and cross\-functional coordination needed to support Ziply\u2019s fiber build strategy. This role serves as a central execution partner to engineering, design, permitting, construction, operations, and vendor teams to ensure fiber deployment programs move efficiently through each phase of the build lifecycle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        ·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Validate planning inputs including force\-to\-load assumptions, design readiness and CPP indicators.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        ·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        ·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of telecom experience, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting or construction.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        ·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong end\-to\-end understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        ·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of permitting processes and third\-party utility coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
