This role serves as a central execution partner to engineering, design, permitting, construction, operations, and vendor teams to ensure fiber deployment programs move efficiently through each phase of the build lifecycle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> This Program Manager must bring structure, clarity and accountability to a large, distributed organization that needs consistent program discipline.
