PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as the UAS FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER of FLTREADCEN EAST at Cherry Point, North Carolina.

You will serve as the programmatic authority for the FST workload performed at this site and offsite support pertaining to the associated FST.

You will ensure sound programmatic products and services, as well as recommendations for executive leadership within the program and the NAVAIR enterprise.

You will oversee development of solutions to fleet-reported issues and ensure safe and prudent operations through programmatic assessment of problems.

You will review and approve both disciplinary and adverse employee actions as applicable.

You will lead and manage a large, complex technical organization.
