<\/p>

The Program Manager \u2013\nMarketing supports and executes GTM initiatives across Ignite, Liftoff,\nAccelerate, and Skilling programs in Mexico. The role is centred on partner\-led\nmarketing, working closely with institutions and ecosystem partners, managing\nmarketing and PR agencies, and driving social media and event\-based activations\nto support platform growth.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is a hands\-on role for\na senior marketing professional who brings strong execution discipline, partner\ncoordination experience, and comfort operating across multiple channels and\nstakeholders.<\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Campaign & Partner\nMarketing Execution<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Execute GTM initiatives\n through institutional and ecosystem partners including universities,\n training centers, associations, incubators, and government programs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Act as the owner and expert\n for through\-partner marketing, enabling partners with playbooks, assets,\n and localized campaigns<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage partner timelines,\n commitments, follow\-ups, and execution quality across programs<\/span>

    Social Media & Events<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Plan and execute\n program\-led social media initiatives aligned to GTM priorities in Mexico<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Drive event\-based marketing\n including webinars, orientation sessions, workshops, roadshows, and\n ecosystem events in collaboration with partners and field teams<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Track performance of social\n and event channels and optimize based on outcomes<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Agency & PR Management<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Manage external marketing\n agencies across social media, content, design, and events<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Work closely with a PR\n agency to support media outreach, press releases, partner announcements,\n and ecosystem visibility<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Own agency briefs, scopes\n of work, timelines, budgets, and quality control<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Platform Growth &\nOperations<\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Support user onboarding,\n activation, and engagement journeys through partner channels and CRM\-led\n communication (email, WhatsApp, in\-platform)<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Collaborate with product,\n growth, and triage teams to track conversions and funnel movement<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain structured\n trackers and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering campaigns,\n partners, agencies, social, events, and PR performance<\/span>

          Content & Collateral<\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Coordinate development of\n localized marketing assets including partner kits, decks, brochures,\n landing pages, social creatives, and event collateral.<\/span>

          • Ensure brand consistency\n across partner, agency, and media\-facing communication<\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Skills\n& Experience<\/span><\/b>
            <\/p>

            • 6\u20138 years of experience in\n marketing, program management, or GTM execution roles<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Strong expertise in\n partner\-led marketing and ecosystem\-based growth, preferably in Mexico<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Proven experience managing\n marketing and PR agencies<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Hands\-on experience with\n social media management and event marketing<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Background in EdTech,\n skilling, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is a strong advantage<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Strong project management\n and stakeholder coordination skills<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Comfortable with CRM\n workflows, UTMs, dashboards, and performance reporting<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Fluent in Spanish with\n strong written and verbal communication; English working proficiency\n preferred<\/span>
