Program Manager

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a <\/span>Program Manager<\/span><\/b> to oversee\nlogistics, office move, and facility support operations across federal and\nDepartment of Defense sites in the National Capital Region.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

This role is responsible for overall contract execution, coordination\nwith Government stakeholders, workforce management, and performance oversight\nin a dynamic, mission\-driven environment supporting daily and ad\-hoc\noperational requirements.<\/span><\/span>

Program &\nContract Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders,\n including the Contracting Officer and COR<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee day\-to\-day contract\n execution, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with\n requirements<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate work authorization,\n scheduling, and execution of both recurring and ad\-hoc service requests<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor performance, timelines,\n and service quality across all operational activities<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Operations &\nWorkforce Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Plan, schedule, and manage personnel supporting:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
      • Office moves and relocations<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Furniture delivery,\n installation, and transportation<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Warehouse and storage operations<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Assign work, track progress, and\n ensure adequate staffing coverage across all requirements<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Resolve scheduling conflicts,\n operational issues, and resource constraints<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Logistics &\nService Oversight<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/p>

        • Coordinate delivery, moving, and transportation services across NCR\n sites<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure proper execution of inventory\n management, storage, and property accountability<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Oversee safe handling, movement,\n and tracking of Government property and materials<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Support site surveys, job\n planning, and execution readiness for upcoming work<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Reporting &\nCompliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/p>

          • Prepare and submit monthly and ad\-hoc status reports<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Track labor hours, task\n execution, and operational performance<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Ensure compliance with contract\n requirements, safety standards, and Government policies<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Maintain documentation related to\n authorized work, deliveries, and service completion<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Customer Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/p>

            • Coordinate directly with Government POCs to define requirements and\n priorities<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Ensure high levels of customer\n satisfaction through responsive, professional service delivery<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Communicate status updates,\n delays, and issue resolution effectively<\/span><\/span>

              Minimum Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b>
              <\/span><\/p>

              • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Government\n clearance<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Minimum <\/span>5 years of experience\n managing operations, logistics, or service contracts<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Experience overseeing <\/span>multi\-functional\n teams in a fast\-paced environment<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Strong organizational,\n coordination, and problem\-solving skills<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Ability to manage <\/span>simultaneous\n priorities and changing mission requirements<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Proficiency with Microsoft Office\n (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)<\/span><\/span>

                    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Demonstrated ability to:<\/span><\/span>
                    <\/span><\/li>
                    • Manage staff and coordinate\n workloads<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Track performance and\n deliverables<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Interface with Government\n customers<\/span><\/span>

                      Preferred\nQualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                      • Experience supporting federal or DoD contracts<\/span><\/span>
                        <\/span><\/li>
                      • Familiarity with:<\/span><\/span>

                        • Inventory or asset management\n systems<\/span><\/span>

                        • Facilities or logistics\n coordination platforms<\/span><\/span>

                        • Experience working in Pentagon or\n NCR federal environments<\/span><\/span>
