Program Manager Supplier Capacity Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Supplier Technical Capacity Management and Supplier Development Program
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Program Management for key programs as listed below but not limited to (and will evolve
with business needs) - Drive Continuous Improvement & change management: In collaboration with regional Supplier Quality, Suppliers and Commodity Leaders.
- Implement changes that are sustainable by developing Best in Class practices with suppliers to ensure long-term improvements.
- Project Management : Oversee end-to-end management of procurement process improvement and transformation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable results.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Internal Stake holders in Procurement, Operations, Quality, Planning, SIOP, and other departments to ensure procurement projects are aligned with company-wide objectives and deliver business value.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track leading and lagging process metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement processes to drive accountability.
- Create dashboards, tier boards and reports to measure progress and demonstrate the impact of improvement initiatives and process health / performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management, procurement, supply chain, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong experience leading cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of CI methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 33 739€ to 42 174€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
