WiselyWise is looking for a <\/span>Program Manager<\/b><\/span> to manage our projects. The\nideal candidate must have relevant experience in corporate education programs\nfor students. Effective project management and problem\-solving skills, along\nwith proven experience in building and managing relationships with nonprofits,\ncorporate CSR teams, and local community organizations would be an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Create\n program plans and work with relevant internal stakeholders to implement\n them. Manage and track goals and metrics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
Coordinate\n the appropriate project logistics including pre\-project development,\n logistics, project supplies, etc. and provide onsite leadership at select\n projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Project\n evaluation and impact reporting.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Manage\n the reporting process, working with partners to track, measure, and report\n data related to stated outcomes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Work\n on special STEM education programs/projects in coordination with other\n teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Manage\n national and regional partnerships and relationships, implement a\n scorecard to articulate KPIs and measure progress on a monthly, quarterly\n and annual basis<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Work with<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>marketing, communications, government relations,\nand other parties to pursue appropriate public relations, marketing,\nrecognition & awards to validate WiselyWise\u2019s efforts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Manage day\-to\-day program planning and outreach<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Lead program\-related communication, reports, and develop branded\ncollateral.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
Bachelor's degree with 5\-10 years cross\-functional, cross\-disciplinary\nproject management and business experience or equivalent combination of\neducation and experience in leading education programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Experience in leading and driving STEM education initiatives is strongly\npreferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Strong network of relationships with thought leaders in your space, and\nthe capacity to effectively enlist and engage leading thinkers and doers to\nsupport our work.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, provide leadership\nand direction to the team when there are curveballs, and to lead with\ninspiration, resilience and resolve.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Ability to influence leaders to support\nprogram goals, build a business case to tie social responsibility to core\nbusiness strategy, and lead cross\-functional teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
