Program/Project Management Lead
Job Description:
- Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong AI focus.
- This role is critical in accelerating innovation and ensuring seamless execution across global teams, enabling successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe.
- Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps with an AI-driven and data-informed approach.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving mitigation strategies
- Track and report program performance using defined KPIs and milestones.
- Drive effective communication and coordination across global teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program or project management within technology or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including NPI or product development processes.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in business or technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-regional teams and managing global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in technology consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel operations, or product commercialization.
- Exposure to digital transformation or innovation-led initiatives.
