Community Options is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity in our Residential Department for a Program Supervisor in the Family Support Program!

In this dynamic role, you'll lead, train, and schedule our dedicated Direct Support Professionals, while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly. As a Program Supervisor, you'll ensure the highest quality of care and services such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation needs.

You’ll also work closely with the individuals we serve to support their health, wellness, and personal care needs, while overseeing site standards, maintaining budgets and financial records, completing timely reports, and providing ongoing staff support and performance feedback.

The hourly wage for this position is $20-$24 an hour depending on experience (DOE).
