Programmatic Ads Partnership Manager (Supply side)

Yandex is looking for a Programmatic Ads Partnership Manager. Apply if you have experience working with SSP or OpenRTB integrations, can manage client relationships and drive growth, and communicate confidently in English.Building and maintaining client relationships
You will build and maintain lasting relationships with SSP partners by understanding and anticipating their needs, supporting and solving their current and prospective problems, and liaising closely with C-level executives to meet their expectations. Compiling and analyzing data
You will compile and analyze data to identify market and industry trends, follow up with partners to ensure their needs are met, demonstrate the value of products and services, and create growth opportunities. Coordinating resources to support operations
You will coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows and resolve campaign, payment, and other issues on a daily basis, ensuring the team remains responsive and reliable. Driving strategy and analysis
You will initiate and implement projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development to provide partners with a comprehensive view of their business and support sustainable growth. Managing local marketing activities
You will manage local marketing activities related to annual sales goals, contribute to partner field activities, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.* Have 3+ years of experience working with DSP/SSP partners * Have client-facing expertise, with demonstrated success in roles within programmatic, digital advertising, ad monetization, or mobile AdTech, preferably managing and growing DSP and SSP partners * Have a strong understanding of the digital market structure, including how network agencies, DSPs, and SSPs operate, and how relationships with large clients are built * Are proactive and eager to bring your ideas to life to identify new opportunities and growth points * Have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategic and technical concepts * Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret dashboards, extract insights, and provide recommendations to support account strategies and drive revenue growth * Have conversational fluency in English* Know Chinese
