Our Digital HUB operates from Amsterdam and supports global advertisers with digital media campaigns across more than 50 markets. The team works closely with local markets, media partners and platforms to deliver effective programmatic campaigns that drive real business impact.

What are you going to do?
As a Campaign Trader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Programmatic buying. Working closely with the other specialists, and ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, paced effectively, and deliver against performance goals. You’ll be responsible for applying daily pacing adjustments, troubleshooting campaign setups, and managing brand safety and tag implementation. Your analytical mindset will be key in building end-of-campaign evaluations that translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You’ll also contribute to tactical media planning, with a focus on driving brand awareness and aligning campaign strategies with client objectives.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with Client Managers and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and seamless campaign launches.
What are your to achieve?
- Managing all Programmatic media campaigns end-to-end to deliver against brand awareness, engagement or conversion objectives;
- Implementing campaigns including set-up, launch, trafficking and optimisation in the media buying platforms (DSPs);
- Delivering end of campaign evaluations in which campaign performance data is translated into key learnings for the agency and/or the client;
- Liaising with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas;
- Working closely with Client Manager(s) and cross team to set up campaigns across various platforms;
- Build strong client relationships: educating clients in audience targeting, data management, and Programmatic buying;
- Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients; setting example to team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends;
- Staying up-to-date on industry changes and translating those changes into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and execute innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, applying problem solving and project management skills to meet and exceed client objectives;
- Work closely with the Client Director to grow the account.
Who are you?
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is preferred, but not a must for this position;
- You have at least 3+ years of advanced hands-on experience within a buying platform like DV360, TradeDesk, etc. are a must;
- You have strong project management, presentational and problem-solving skills;
- You have strong knowledge in the paid media ecosystems, vendor partnership management and ad verification partners;
- You are known for your strong client servicing capacity and decision making;
- You have good communication and collaboration skills;
- You are experienced with campaign management, optimisation, KPI measurement and delivery;
