The Role

Step into the fast lane of digital. You’ll bring programmatic campaigns to life - building, launching, and optimising activity across display, video and more to drive real performance.

Working alongside a close-knit, high-energy team, you’ll turn strategy into action and data into smarter decisions, every single day.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Bring campaigns to life end-to-end, from setup through to optimisation and reporting

  • Partner closely with your team to turn briefs into high-performing programmatic activity

  • Own performance - optimising campaigns daily to hit and exceed targets

  • Use data to uncover insights, sharpen targeting, and inform smarter next moves

  • Stay on the pulse of platforms, publishers, and tech to keep work fresh and effective

  • Collaborate with offshore and partner teams to keep delivery smooth, accurate, and on time

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and process, especially in a detail-driven environment

  • Contribute ideas that push performance and continually improve how we work

What You Will Bring:

  • Solid grounding in programmatic with hands-on experience across display and video

  • Confidence working with platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk will be highly valued.

  • A natural ability to build rapport and earn trust as a go-to digital specialist

  • Energy and curiosity to learn fast and stay ahead in a constantly evolving space

  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same

  • Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the numbers exactly right

  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with clients, teams, and partners
