Programme & Administrative Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Support meaningful learning initiatives while gaining valuable experience in programme administration and coordination.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and programme support for various learning and development initiatives within a structured organisation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination work, event support, and maintaining organised records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes and initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating orientation programmes and related activities.

  • Support the planning and execution of organisational learning events, including logistical and administrative arrangements.

  • Maintain and manage programme records and documentation.

  • Assist in the migration and organisation of records within digital document management systems.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.

  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification in any discipline.

  • Prior experience in administrative support, programme coordination, learning and development, or event administration will be advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Employment Details:

  • Contract Duration: 6 months

  • Salary: Up to S$2,400 per month (before CPF contributions)

  • Completion Bonus: Pro-rated completion bonus equivalent to 0.5 month's salary upon successful completion of the contract

  • Working Hours:

    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Work Location: Central Singapore
