Programme Co-ordinator

The Programme Coordinator is responsible to perform coordination, logistical and delivery duties for MYMCA outreach programmes and services, and support other related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs stock management for effective programme operations.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g., Vendors, Partners, Beneficiaries) to ensure stocks are delivered accordingly
  • Assists in logistics delivery for various programmes and events as needed in the association.
  • Drives staff / staff / delegates / volunteers / beneficiaries to and fro event venues where necessary
  • Supports in the Association’s corporate events (driving and logistical support)
  • Ensures that Association van is well maintained

Pre-requisition

  • Minimum 4 GCE ‘O’ levels with credit in English
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effectively bilingual and one of the dialects will be added advantage.
  • Stock management knowledge an added advantage
  • Class 3 License required
  • Ability to plan route planning
  • Good driving record
