Programme Co-ordinator
The Programme Coordinator is responsible to perform coordination, logistical and delivery duties for MYMCA outreach programmes and services, and support other related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs stock management for effective programme operations.
- Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g., Vendors, Partners, Beneficiaries) to ensure stocks are delivered accordingly
- Assists in logistics delivery for various programmes and events as needed in the association.
- Drives staff / staff / delegates / volunteers / beneficiaries to and fro event venues where necessary
- Supports in the Association’s corporate events (driving and logistical support)
- Ensures that Association van is well maintained
Pre-requisition
- Minimum 4 GCE ‘O’ levels with credit in English
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual and one of the dialects will be added advantage.
- Stock management knowledge an added advantage
- Class 3 License required
- Ability to plan route planning
- Good driving record
