Coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital capability programmes, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement and programme administration.
Support the design and implementation of learning pathways under Data Translator and other digital capability initiatives.
Prepare programme materials, learning communications, presentations, trackers and supporting documentation.
Coordinate vendor engagement, procurement documentation, statements of work and follow-through on delivery milestones.
Manage learner communications, registrations, attendance tracking, feedback collection and issue resolution.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify suitable participants, align expectations, and support readiness for programme participation.
Monitor programme timelines, risks, budget utilisation and delivery quality, and escalate issues where required.
Support accessibility, inclusion and quality standards across learning content and programme experience.
Track programme metrics, learner feedback and outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.
Education / Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems or equivalent.
