Programme Manager (Ethiopia)

Lead design, implementation & oversight of humanitarian, development & peacebuilding programmes

Ensure programme quality, monitoring, reporting & risk management across country portfolio

Drive donor relations, resource mobilization & proposal development

Strengthen partnerships with NGOs, government, UN agencies & communities

Supervise, mentor & develop programme teams for high performance

Ensure compliance with donor requirements, MEAL systems & organizational standards

Requirement:

Master’s in Development, Humanitarian Studies or related field

8–12 years programme management experience (INGO preferred)

Strong donor engagement, proposal writing & leadership skills

Fluent English & Amharic required
