- The Youth\n Innovation and Engagement Officer serves as a vital link between SFH's\n programmes and the young people they serve, ensuring authentic youth voice\n informs all aspects of A360 programme design, implementation, and\n adaptation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- This position\n champions youth\-driven innovation, facilitates meaningful adolescent and\n youth engagement, harnesses data and youth insights for adaptive\n programming, and supports programme evolution toward more responsive, youth\-centred\n approaches. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- The role is specifically designed for a young\nprofessional (aged 21\-24 years)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
The role will require the following:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>- BSc./BA Communication, Sociology, Economics, Health Sciences,\nSocial Sciences, Humanities <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Training or hands\-on experience in a CSO or CBO\nor Ex\-Corps member in who served at a reputable NGO<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Six months to one year post\nNYSC experience in health or development ecosystem; working in health promotion\nor youth development space.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Technical:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Basic knowledge of M&E<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Basic\n programming skills in youth and community engagement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- ASRH communication,\n demand generation and linkage to care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Economic strengthening initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
