Programmes Coordinator (Museum-Based Learning)
Job Scope:
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for museum education and cultural programming, providing valuable experience in public sector cross-agency collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to ensure all programmes run smoothly. This includes managing school registration, responding to stakeholders’ and visitors’ enquiries, and preparing reports of onsite events and/or incidents.
- Coordinate programme publication ahead of the academic year, and manage school booking and schedules.
- Co-design activities to complement the programme and initiate procurement of education resources and materials.
- Liaise and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programme operations and logistics.
- Manage and upkeep data relevant to the planning, execution, and review of programmes.
- Ensure collection and upkeep of programme feedback, and prepare reports for ad-hoc programme reviews.
- Any other duties related to the programme and community galleries as assigned.
Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 6.00PM
Location: Geylang Serai/Bugis area
Salary: $3,000 - $3,300/month
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Arts, Events Management or any other equivalent field. Candidates with other qualifications with experience in events management are welcome.
- Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, demonstrated experience in project management a plus.
- Proficient in MS Suite.
- Comfortable with working remotely and on the move.
