Job Description:

  • Perform basic administrative duties (e- filling, filling, binding, scanning and etc).
  • Maintain and update database.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Assist Finance and Contract Department to upload payment submission via in-house system.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply (fresh grads are welcome).
