Project Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage daily material request, fabrication schedule, prepare paperwork and coordinate with respective department to ensure smooth fabrication
- Handle incoming calls and emails for Aircon servicing request, arrange manpower to attend the complain & prepare report for quotation perusal
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents for internal teams, building management, and clients to facilitate project progress
- Schedule daily work assignments and arrange transportation for project team workers to optimize resource deployment
- Oversee maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles to ensure operational readiness
- Oversee proper documentation for store on material receiving & delivery
- Assist in organizing and executing ad hoc projects or exhibitions as required to support company initiatives
Requirements
- SPM, O level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to produce and manage project documentation
- Experience in a Project Administration role to enhance task execution efficiency
- Experience in ACMV or Construction fields to better understand project requirements and context
